Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products such as jewellery.
Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@glammycloset.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your provided online payment wallet within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that are returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts).
Store Credit
If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued via a gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.
